Team Mission
Statement

The mission of the
coaches, administrators and adult families of the Chantilly
Screamin' Eagle's players will be to provide the
following:
|
- An opportunity to learn the
game of soccer at a higher level due to the higher caliber
of competition found in the travel program.
- Provide an opportunity for the
team members to participate with uniformity in a program
that will be planned progressive growth. The instruction
will be designed for implemention on a season by season
basis, capitalizing on the maturing processes of the team
members.
- Create an environment that
fosters a community pride for the Chantilly Soccer Club and
the Chantilly area on the part of all members of the
"Screamin' Eagles" (Players, Coaches, and Family
Members).
- Foster a love of the game of
soccer in each of player who becomes a member of the
Chantilly Screamin' Eagles. This will be demonstrated by how
many of the young men go on to play into their adolescence,
or better yet, come back to participate in youth soccer as a
volunteer.
- By example, encourage a strong
desire to win through excellence, while at the same time
teach the ability to handle both winning and losing with the
same class and dignity of a maturing young
man.
